Who We Look ForWe are looking for an exceptional Equity Insights Strategist, someone who thrives on generating original and insightful trade ideas and communicating them effectively. You must be passionate about the equity markets, constantly monitoring market trends and developments, and actively seeking investment opportunities. Ideally, you have some experience trading on your own, giving you a trader’s mindset to develop practical, impactful insights. You are succinct, detail-oriented, and have a knack for producing high-quality content that adds value to our clients. Beyond having great trade ideas and strong writing skills, you bring financial research experience, and you are adept at working with large data sets. Your ability to interpret data swiftly and convert it into meaningful content is critical, as our content directly impacts our brand value. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Min 1 year experience covering global equities
• Strong understanding and deep passion for capital markets and investment strategies
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data quickly and accurately.
• Proficiency in modelling and experience working with equities dataHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, internal and external.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Research, produce and write content/insights in particular areas/domains.
• Originate new trade ideas and develop them into compelling product theses.
• Build product theses and business cases for new products.
• Work with Design teams to build prototypes and work with Sales teams to market early stage products.
• Work directly with clients and prospective clients to understand opportunities and problems.
• Develop a scientific process for writing and producing investment insights to ensure consistency, quality and impact.
• You will have the opportunity to build an insights product end to end, automating the way we generate insights, and creating a scalable product.
