Agnieszka Surowiec

Agnieszka Surowiec has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various industries. Agnieszka started their career at PKO BP as a Trainee in 1998 and later worked as an Inspector of Analytics and a Loan Inspector, where they handled loans, monitored and verified loans, and assessed financial risks. In 2003, they joined Intrum and held multiple roles, including Receivable Collection Specialist, Coordinator of Long-Term Debts Management Team, Action Planning Manager, Operational Team Manager, Deputy Operating Director for Business Processes, and Director of Business Improvement Department. In these roles, they were responsible for debt collection, creating action plans, managing teams, and analyzing activities to achieve better results. Agnieszka eventually became the HR & Communication Director and later the Brand & Comms Director Market Poland. Agnieszka also briefly worked as an Academic Lecturer at Dolnośląska Szkoła Wyższa. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Agnieszka Surowiec holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Politechnika Radomska im. Kazimierza Pułaskiego, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Wyższa Szkoła Handlowa w Kielcach, completing it from 1999 to 2001.
