Melissa Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Melissa is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition UK & IRE at Intrum, a position they have held since 2023. Melissa previously worked at Capquest Group Ltd and Arrow Global Group as the Head of Resourcing. At Assist Resourcing UK Ltd, they served as a Regional Manager, overseeing onsite operations and managing a large team of temporary workers. Prior to that, Melissa worked as a Human Resources Manager at SMRS. Melissa also gained significant experience at The Co-operative Bank plc, where they held various roles including Resourcing Manager and Training & Coaching Manager. Melissa began their career as a Sales & Service Team Manager at The Co-operative Group and also worked as a Retail Store Manager at Barratts PriceLess Limited.
