Nils Odén Rapport

Nils Odén Rapport has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they co-founded BCExcellence in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Control Transformation lead (interim) at Intrum. In 2022, Nils was a Business Controller / Change Manager (interim) at Atea Sverige. Nils also served as a Change Manager Business Finance (interim) at TietoEVRY from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they were a Business Control Cloud & Infra (interim) at EVRY in 2018. Nils also has experience as the owner/founder of NorCM in 2018. Nils held various roles at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, including Head of Change Management, Senior Operating Manager Sweden/Finland, Head of Control Nordics, and Controller. Nils also worked as a Guest Speaker on Management Control at Uppsala University and held roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev as Group Cost Controller, Business Controller, and Pricing Manager.

Nils Odén Rapport earned a high school diploma in Sciences from Katedralskolan between 2000 and 2003. Afterwards, they attended Uppsala University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Business and Economics.
