Xenofon Apodiakos has extensive experience in customer services and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Global Front Office - Performance at Intrum since November 2020, after transitioning from the role of Senior Operations Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Xenofon spent over eight years at Teleperformance Greece, holding various positions including Assistant Contact Center Manager and Senior Technical Support Specialist. Additionally, experience as a Travel Agent at Apodiakos Travel from January 2004 to June 2012 showcases a diverse professional background.
