Tom Northrop, SHRM-SCP has been involved in the IT solutions industry since 2016. Tom is currently a Partner and co-founder of E2T2 Technology Solutions, where they bring highly functional IT solutions to healthcare organizations. Prior to this, they held the role of Director at Cognetyx.
