Steven Adams has over three decades of experience in real estate appraisal and consulting. Currently serving as a Staff Appraiser at INTRUST Bank since September 2011, Steven also co-owns Adams Consulting, Inc., which specializes in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting. Prior to these roles, Steven worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Martens Appraisal from April 1997 to September 2011 and as a Review Appraiser at Fourth Financial Corp. from June 1993 to April 1997. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from Wichita State University, obtained between 1984 and 1991.
