Justin Hastings

Justin Hastings currently serves as Chief People Officer at McAfee since September 2024. Prior to this role, Justin held various leadership positions at Experian from January 2013 to September 2024, including Chief Operating Officer for Global Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer for North America and the UK & Ireland. Earlier experience includes roles at Logica as Vice President for Organisational Development and International HR, as well as a significant tenure at BT Global Services, where Justin held multiple vice president positions focused on HR and organisational capability. Justin's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from Kingston University.
