Neelaksh Singla is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO at IntuEra Inc. since January 2024, Neelaksh previously held roles such as Digital Transformation lead at ANM and Chief Executive Officer at oneviewHR. Notably, a significant portion of the career was spent at Wipro BPS, where responsibilities included Head of HR Outsourcing Business, General Manager & Head of HRO Business, and AVP, focusing on delivery, client acquisition, and business development within the HR outsourcing domain. Earlier roles included Business Development at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Consultant at Covansys, and Systems Engineer at Polaris Software Lab. Neelaksh holds an MBA in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
