Anne Bakstad currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience Management at Intuit, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Bakstad was the Director of Customer Experience Strategy at ServiceNow from September 2019 to January 2024, where notable achievements included generating customer insights, developing a journey mapping program, and leading cross-functional customer experience initiatives. Bakstad co-founded Clearworks, a consulting firm specializing in Customer Experience and Customer Insights, with extensive engagements across several industries. Bakstad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
