David Russo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culinary arts and design. Russo served as President and Executive Chef at Epicure, Inc. from September 2001 to May 2004, and as Executive Chef at FoodWorks, Inc. prior to that. Additional experience includes roles as Area Sales Manager and Territory Manager at Paris Gourmet Inc. from August 2015 to July 2020, and Director of Catering at Embassy Suites from May 2005 to May 2006. In academia, Russo contributed as an instructor at Ivy Tech Community College South Bend-Elkhart. Currently, Russo is involved with Service Design Network as a Conference Organizer and event board member, alongside engagements with various design projects including roles at Intuit and Hack for LA. Russo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University, an Associate of Occupational Studies from the Culinary Institute of America, and additional education from General Assembly and The Hun School.
