Jessica Cates is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong focus on design roles, having served as a Staff Design Recruiter at Intuit from July 2021 to February 2024. Prior to this, Jessica held positions as a Senior Design Recruiter and Design Recruiter at Intuit, specializing in sourcing talent for various design disciplines. Before joining Intuit, Jessica worked as a Creative Recruiter and Account Manager at Robert Half and owned Wine & Design Durham, a successful paint and sip franchise, where responsibilities included business leadership and marketing strategy.
