Jill Williams is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as Regional Vice President of Customer Success at Seismic since February 2017, where the focus is on enhancing sales and marketing enablement through powerful content intelligence and analytics. Prior to Seismic, Jill held various customer success roles at IRIS Connect from 2014 to 2017, contributing significantly to the expansion of US operations and client base. At Amplify Education, Jill managed a team to support the deployment of educational technology, and previously at Revolution Prep, Jill oversaw instructor training for SAT and ACT preparation in Southern California. Jill holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis.
