Katie Rich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Service Strategy Manager at Intuit since November 2025, Katie has previously held significant leadership roles, including Chief Customer Officer at KODIF, where strategic initiatives led to doubling annual recurring revenue and significantly reducing time to customer value.
