Kim Pattillo is a seasoned expert in global early careers strategy with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and university relations. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the University Relations Center of Excellence at Intuit, Kim has established comprehensive data governance and recruiting processes across international teams. Previously, Kim worked at Lockheed Martin as a University & Early Careers Talent Pipeline Manager, where they significantly improved intern conversion rates and pivoted to a virtual intern program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas, where they further developed their foundation in strategic program management.
