Rishabh Shukla

Rishabh Shukla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and capacity planning across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success - Expert Planning & Operations at Intuit since July 2023, Rishabh leads end-to-end capacity planning and workforce management for the Intuit Customer Success organization. Prior to this role, Rishabh held various leadership positions at Amazon from May 2014 to July 2023, overseeing customer service operations and capacity planning across multiple business verticals. Rishabh began a career in production management at Asian Paints and has also gained valuable experience in process engineering at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Rishabh holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian School of Business, specializing in Operations and Strategy, and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
