Shilpa R. brings extensive experience in leadership and technology, currently serving as Vice President of the Virtual Experts Platform at Intuit since March 2021, where responsibilities include leveraging AI and human expertise to improve consumer and small business experiences. Prior to this role, Shilpa held the position of Vice President and General Manager for QuickBooks Commerce, providing strategic direction to enhance eCommerce and platform ecosystems. With a robust background at Microsoft from 2005 to 2021, Shilpa transformed the Xbox live streaming business and has also developed CRM solutions. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Amazon, where Shilpa built eCommerce solutions across various divisions, and Trilogy, overseeing web and algorithm development for automobile pricing. Shilpa holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nagarjuna University.
