Smita Rajmohan

Smita Rajmohan is the Assistant General Counsel for Artificial Intelligence at Intuit, leading legal governance for AI initiatives across the company's financial technology platforms. With over a decade of experience in technology law, they have held senior roles at Apple and Autodesk, contributing to product launches and driving legal strategy for generative AI. Smita began their career at Cooley and Kirkland & Ellis, specializing in IP and technology transactions. They actively influence AI policy as Vice Chair of the AI Policy Committee of IEEE USA and have served on multiple boards, including UN Women SF. Currently, Smita is pursuing additional education at Harvard University while advising startups through Berkeley Skydeck.
