Marc B. Ira

Marc B. Ira has over 30 years of professional experience. Marc B. began their career in 1986 as a Portfolio Manager at Yasuda Trust and Banking Co., Ltd. In 2004, they became the President of Stamford CFA Society, where they built the community of finance professionals in the Fairfield and Westchester county areas in CT and NY and organized finance and investment related events. In 2007, they were appointed as the Managing Director of Haring Lawin Microfinance. In 2013, they co-founded Talino EV Management Systems Inc., where they built and sold systems for two-wheeled electric motorcycles used as the main last-mile public transportation in developing countries. That same year, they also became a Member of Founders Network, a private community of tech startup founders committed to helping each other succeed through peer mentorship. In 2014, they participated in the NYC Hackathon Dec 2015 at Oxygen Startups. In 2015, they founded Code MIRAI as an Independent Consultant Software Developer. Finally, in 2016, they co-founded Intuition Machine, where they interviewed and on-boarded companies for Intuition Machine's Roadmap-to-AI program.

Marc B. Ira has an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, a Full Stack Python/Django development degree from Byte Academy, and an A.B. in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University. Marc B. also has several certifications from Lynda.com, including Web API Development with Flask (obtained in October 2016), Up and Running with NPM, the Node Package Manager (obtained in March 2016), jQuery Data with AJAX (obtained in January 2016), Foundations of Programming: Object-Oriented Design (obtained in October 2015), and Up and Running with Python and Django (obtained in November 2015). Additionally, they have a Python Full Stack Programmer Coding Bootcamp certification from Byte Academy (obtained in November 2015) and a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification from Diver Level 2 - Autonomous Diver/ISO 24801-2/Open Water Diver.
