Regina Blakely

Regina Blakely has a diverse and extensive work experience. Regina currently holds the role of Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Intuition, a global knowledge solutions company. Prior to that, they served as a Culture and Change Consultant at SweetRush Inc., specializing in leadership and talent development. Regina also founded their own consulting firm, Regina Blakely Consulting, LLC, where they focused on learning program design, facilitation, and change management. Additionally, Regina worked as a Performance Consultant at The GMarie Group, delivering customized training solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Regina has also held roles as Director at TraCorp and The GMarie Group, Owner of Regina Blakely Consulting, and Consultant at Claudia Murphy Consulting. Earlier in their career, Regina worked at Charles Schwab as a Contract Consultant and held various positions, including Sr. Manager of Organizational Readiness and Training Manager.

Regina Blakely completed a Master's degree in Education at the University of Massachusetts from 1985 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Organization Management and Development at Fielding Graduate University from 2006 to 2007.
