Tinashe Mutamangira has a diverse work experience, starting in 2020 when they co-founded and became the CEO of inTuitionPay. In 2022, they participated in several programs and accelerators, including LOI Accelerator's Labs Batch 9, North Forge Technology Exchange's Founder Program Ascent, Base Camp, and Pathfinder, Alberta Catalyzer's Engage Cohort 2 and Traction Cohort 6, Next Canada's Next 36, Platform Calgary's Founder Program, and BIPOC Foundation's BFH Cohort 3: LIFT and Accelerator Program. In 2021, Tinashe worked as a Content Creator for Parallel, a fashion brand focused on inclusivity. They also worked as a Subject Matter Expert in Customer Service for Randstad from 2021 to 2022. Lastly, Tinashe gained experience as a Customer Service Representative for Airbnb from 2020 to 2021.

Tinashe Mutamangira's education history includes multiple educational experiences. In 2009, they attended Kutama College, where they pursued Ordinary and Advanced Level studies until 2014. In 2015, they attended the University of Cambridge for Advanced Level studies in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. During the same year, Tinashe also enrolled in Cyprus International University and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, completing it in 2016. In 2017, they attended the International College of Manitoba (ICM), focusing on Business and Commerce studies until 2018. From 2018 onwards, Tinashe pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science (Honors) at the University of Manitoba, which is still ongoing.

In addition to their formal education, Tinashe has obtained various certifications. In 2013, they achieved the General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level from the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education of Zimbabwe. In 2015, they obtained the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level from Cambridge University Press & Assessment. In 2022, Tinashe attended the Pitching Masterclass Dragons' Den, facilitated by CBC. Tinashe also achieved the North Forge Pathfinder certification in 2022 and the North Forge Basecamp certification in 2023, both administered by CanCred.ca. Furthermore, Tinashe is set to attend Y Combinator in 2023 for the Startup School program, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
