Caio Alves

Caio Alves has been working in the IT industry since 2014. Caio started as an Auxiliary Technician of Informatics at Escope Co Informatics, where they provided remote and onsite support to clients, installed and configured printers, operating systems, servers, peripherals, and applications. In 2017, they began working at PROOF as an Information Security Analyst, where they were responsible for the monitoring and security of client environments in the banking, financial, and telecommunications industries. Caio also supported the Palo Alto firewall, and improved triggers, alert notifications, and general maintenance. In 2021, they joined Morphus Segurança da Informação as a Cyber Security Analyst (Cloud Security). Currently, they are a Cloud Engineer (Infra/Devops/Security) at IntuitiveCare®.

Caio Alves completed a degree in Sistemas de Informação from Estácio in the field of Tecnologia da Informação between 2017 and 2021. Caio has also obtained several certifications, including the Azure Administrator Associate 104 from Microsoft in June 2021, the Azure Fundamentals 900 from Microsoft in March 2021, the ITIL Foundation from PeopleCert in February 2018, the ISO 27002/IEC from EXIN your ICT competence partner in January 2018, the Azure Security Engineer Associate from Microsoft in July 2021, and the F5 BIG IP Application Delivery Fundamentals (101) from F5 Networks in August 2018.
