Shannon Bach

Shannon Bach has extensive experience in various capacities across multiple industries, currently serving as a Meeting Support Specialist and Technical Writer at Intuitive Machines since May 2020, focusing on developing autonomous systems solutions. Previously, Shannon held the position of VP of Applications Support at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included overseeing application support for a leading global financial services firm. Prior roles include serving as an IT Service Coordinator and Business Operations Analyst at CenterPoint Energy, where Shannon managed incident response for critical systems, and as a Program Controls Analyst at Novolink Communications, implementing process improvements that saved significant resources. Additional experience includes providing meeting coordination support to NASA and United Space Alliance, along with executive administrative roles at Samson and Bargo Energy Company.
