Lisa Sylvester

Lisa Sylvester has over 10 years of experience in operations and sales management. Lisa began their career in 2009 as Regional Sales Manager at STARTOVERTODAY.COM, where they were responsible for leading, coaching, motivating, and managing a call center sales staff of 15+ Financial Strategists, and one administrative assistant within a high volume financial services organization. Lisa also oversaw customer relations management software and monitored client relations to ensure satisfaction. In 2011, they moved to Intuitive Networks, Inc. as VP of Operations, where they planned and executed company standards including communications, operations, and human resource policies. Additionally, they instituted a new employee training and orientation program to improve employee performance and decrease the attrition rate for new sales associates.

Lisa Sylvester attended Ponderosa High School from 1979 to 1983.
