Stephen M. Elliott (Steve)

Stephen M. "Steve" Elliott is a seasoned acquisition management analyst with extensive experience in contracting and logistics within both government and military sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Acquisition Management Analyst at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation since April 2018, Elliott previously held the position of Director of Contracting at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, overseeing a large team and managing over $5 billion in contracts. Elliott's leadership roles span various organizations, including commanding numerous Defense Contract Management Agency divisions and the role of Chief of Contracting Division at Air Mobility Command. Elliott holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University and a Master of Science in Management from Troy University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Grove City College.
