Maria Alejandra Vergara Gaviria has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Maria Alejandra started their professional journey as an Executive Assistant at J&L Distribuciones in 2013. Then, they joined Universidad Católica de Pereira as a Tutor for History and Administrative Theory from 2013 to 2015.
In 2015, Maria took on the role of Auxiliar Gestion Calidad at Coats Cadena Andina S.A before transitioning to Accedo Technologies in 2018. There, they first worked as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and later became a Social Media Specialist. From 2019 to 2020, they served as an Employee Relations and Engagement specialist at the same company.

As an Impact Officer, they were responsible for supporting and consulting project leaders on strategic planning and social impact measurement. Maria Alejandra also delivered impact reports of social projects to the international Global Shapers Community.
Currently, Maria works at Intuitive Solutions as a Partner Success Associate and recently transitioned to the role of Project Manager in September 2021. This role focuses on managing projects and ensuring successful outcomes. Overall, Maria has demonstrated proficiency in various roles, including project management, human resources coordination, social impact assessment, and customer service.
Maria Alejandra Vergara Gaviria completed a Diploma in Managerial Skills and Finance at Universidad Católica de Pereira from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Administration and Business Management at the same institution.
