Elsa Miranda is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Regional HR Business Leader for Intuitive since September 2022, Elsa has held significant roles at major companies including United Technologies, where positions included Associate Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. At Collins Aerospace, Elsa also served as Associate Director of Human Resources. Prior roles include HR Manager positions at Emerson Network Power and Invensys Controls, as well as Regional Talent Manager at Ingersoll Rand. Elsa has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent management, strategic planning, and organizational development throughout various industries.
