Ericka Mochi

Ericka Mochi serves as the Senior Manager of Business Operations & Process Improvement at Intuitive since April 2022, overseeing a team focused on training and education program management. Prior to this role, Ericka held several positions at GoTo from July 2017 to April 2022, including Manager of Transformation Program Management, where leadership was provided over business processes and systems optimization, as well as managing project delivery within the Business Systems team. Earlier experience includes roles at Agero, where project management responsibilities spanned conception to production, and various positions at Cambridge Savings Bank, emphasizing risk management and web systems oversight. Ericka holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Management from Lesley University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
