Gina Fulton

Gina Fulton is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in managing global HR functions and strategic organizational development. Currently serving as the Vice President, Human Resources Business Leader at Intuitive since July 2019, Gina leads the employee services and solutions team, focusing on HR-shared services and employee lifecycle support. Previously, Gina held significant roles at NetApp, including Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibility included overseeing HR business partners and providing strategic support to executive leadership. Earlier in Gina's career, leadership positions at Redback Networks and Cisco involved spearheading HR strategies to support organizational growth and cultural sustainability. Gina holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
