Laurel Marshall

Laurel Marshall currently serves as the Head of Asia Region Human Resources at Intuitive since December 2020, while also founding Be Inspired! Coaching & Consulting, LLC and leading as a Brain-Based Leadership and Empowerment Coach. With extensive experience in global human resources, Laurel has held significant roles, including Vice President of Global People & Culture at Teradata and Vice President of Global Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where strategic transformations and leadership development were prioritized. Previous leadership positions include Vice President roles at HP and Invensys, alongside founding Global Reach - HR Consulting & Executive Coaching. Laurel holds a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in International Business from the University of San Diego.
