Matt Frakes

Matt Frakes, MOD, is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in training development and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Intuitive since August 2022, Matt previously held roles at W. L. Gore & Associates as a Medical Sales Learning Experience Designer, and at STERIS Corporation, where Matt progressed from Technical Instructional Systems Designer to Lead, managing teams and developing training solutions for medical device sales and technical service organizations. Earlier experiences include roles at PNC, Things Remembered, National City Bank, Phoenix Technologies International, and Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, where Matt focused on curriculum design, training delivery, and strategic consulting. Matt holds a Master of Business in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
