Sandhya Mitnala

Sandhya Mitnala is a seasoned professional in quality and regulatory processes within the biomedical engineering field. Currently serving as Design Control Process Leader at Intuitive since November 2024, Sandhya has held senior leadership positions at Vave Health, including Sr. Director of Quality and Regulatory and Director of Quality and Regulatory from January 2022 to November 2024. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Product Quality at Butterfly Network, Inc., and various managerial positions at Allergan, Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, and Medtronic, showcasing extensive experience in design assurance, systems engineering, and process validation. Sandhya holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from UT Southwestern Medical Center and The University of Texas at Arlington.
