Tanner Kinkead

Tanner Kinkead is an experienced security professional with a strong background in information security engineering and operations. Currently serving as a Sr Security Engineer at Intuitive since April 2019, Tanner is responsible for developing the Security Operations Center and managing an Elasticsearch-based SIEM. Previous roles include Sr. Information Security Engineer at Franklin Templeton, where Tanner built and managed a SIEM cluster, and Information Security Specialist at Intel Corporation, providing Tier 3 incident response support. Tanner's career began as an IT Analyst and Systems Administrator, with foundational experiences at Caldwell Legal, Duke University, and Best Buy. Tanner holds a BA in Greek from Wabash College.
