Tracy Liscinsky

Tracy Liscinsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Principal Payroll Project Management and Systems Lead at Intuitive since February 2023, Tracy’s previous roles include Senior Consultant at Robert Half and various positions at Carters Inc., culminating in the role of Director of Global Payroll. Tracy has a strong background in managing global payroll services, overseeing compliance, and partnering with cross-functional teams on HR and financial initiatives. Additional experience includes leading sales audit functions, process improvements, and enhancing operational efficiencies, complemented by education in Business Administration from Butler Business School Inc. and Housatonic Community College.
