Alan Clemens

Alan Clemens is the co-founder and managing partner of Inturact Capital, a private equity fund focusing on acquiring, growing, and exiting B2B SaaS companies. Prior to this role, Alan served as CEO of ACC Capital Investments, LLC, Chairman of Rio Oil and Gas II, LLC, and Co-founder and CEO of Rio Oil and Gas, LLC. Alan also held positions at Quantum Energy Partners and Southwestern Energy, with a background in geology and geophysics. Alan holds an MBA from Houston Christian University and a BS in Geophysical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
