Lauren States

Lauren States is an advisor at Intus Care. Lauren has also worked as a senior human resources analyst at Alert Innovation, a new business representative - emerging markets at Smartsheet, and an office manager/operations coordinator at Students for a Free Tibet.

Lauren has a long history of working in various leadership positions. Lauren has provided effective leadership in day-to-day office operations, guest and staff management, and maintained donor relationships. Lauren has also overseen all HR operations from hiring and terminations to strategic planning, policy and procedure development, and compensation.

In their previous role as an office manager/operations coordinator at Students for a Free Tibet, Lauren was responsible for administering P&L and continuously identifying opportunities to reduce costs while driving donor acquisition and operational efficiencies. Lauren also worked in collaboration with internal staff and other organizations on campaign planning, grassroots organizing, creating workshops for youth, and advocacy and lobbying.

Lauren’s experience in various roles has given their a well-rounded skillset that they use to advise their clients at Intus Care.

Lauren States holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hunter College.
