Nirmal Panekkat, PRINCE2®

Nirmal Panekkat has extensive experience in project management and finance, with a focus on implementing process improvements and standardizations. Nirmal has worked in various roles, including Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Functional Lead Finance, and Functional consultant Finance. In these positions, Nirmal managed and executed multiple projects using waterfall and agile methodologies, provided project reporting to key stakeholders, monitored project budgets, and highlighted risks with mitigation plans. Nirmal also conducted business requirement studies, collaborated with clients and internal technical teams, and wrote functional requirement documents to capture customer requirements. Additionally, Nirmal has experience in finance planning, budgeting, and accounts as an Analyst at Cameron Middle East Limited and as Assistant Manager of Financial Accounting at Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd. Nirmal possesses PRINCE2® certification.

Nirmal Panekkat, PRINCE2®, has a diverse educational background focused on finance, accounting, and commerce. Nirmal completed their PGeMBA in Finance from MET between the years 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained the C.A. Intermediate qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2005, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Nirmal pursued their undergraduate studies at SIES College of Arts, Science, and Commerce - Mumbai University, earning a Bcom degree in Commerce from 1998 to 2001. Before that, they completed their HSC in Commerce from SIES College of Commerce and Economics in 1998. Nirmal'ssecondary school education was obtained at Modern English High School from 1984 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Nirmal Panekkat has obtained several certifications. Nirmal completed the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2020. Furthermore, they earned the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and MS: Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations certifications from Microsoft in May 2016.
