Janoah Willsie

Janoah Willsie currently serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami since April 2024. Previously, Janoah held the position of Impact and Evaluation Manager at the Martin Family Initiative from September 2020 to March 2024, where leadership involved directing a remote team in the development and implementation of community-based program evaluations. Janoah's prior experience includes roles such as Analyst at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and Democracy, where analytical work supported a key research project on First Nations Child and Family Services, and various positions that involved communication, marketing, and trade investigations. Janoah holds a Master of Public Policy from McGill University and a Bachelor of Social Science in International Economics and Development from the University of Ottawa.
