Monika Václavková

Monika Václavková's work experience includes various roles in different organizations.

From 2022, they have been working as a Psychologist in training at Altrecht, where they are involved in clinical rotations and provides psychodiagnostics, individual and group therapy, and research collaboration in the field of Bipolar disorder.

Since 2020, Monika has been involved with Inuka Coaching. Monika is currently undergoing training to become a certified Mental Health Coach, using the Problem-Solving Technique to assist clients with a range of mental health challenges. Additionally, they served as a Mental Well-being Research Intern, conducting research on User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) in order to develop evidence-based mental health solutions.

Monika also has experience as an Ombudsperson, Therapist, Lecturer, and Mentor at Discover Summer Academy, where they volunteered and taught Neuroscience courses.

Between 2019 and 2021, they worked at Utrecht University in various roles including Information Technology Project Officer, Digital Education ICT officer, and Research Assistant to an Educational consultant. Monika'sresponsibilities involved supporting online education, facilitating smooth examination processes, delivering trainings, and conducting assessments.

In 2022, Monika worked as a Microbiology and data analyst at Saltro, contributing to the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic through lab work and PCR analysis of patients' samples.

Monika also worked as an Academic Tutor at Elite IB Tutors, providing tutoring for International Baccalaureate students, and as a Sleep Research Associate at Shleep, focusing on improving sleep and well-being through scientific content creation.

Monika has held internship positions at Life Impact Company, where they served as an Intern & Project Leader, and at Maasai Pastoralist Foundation, where they conducted academic research.

Furthermore, they have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant & Senior Receptionist at University College Utrecht.

Monika Václavková's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2016, they attended United World College Mostar and obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma.

In 2016 to 2017, they completed the propaedeutic phase of Psychology at Maastricht University.

Starting from 2017 until 2019, Monika attended University College Utrecht and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience & Psychology.

In 2019 to 2021, they pursued a certification as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher 200H at Yoga Moves Utrecht.

From 2021 to 2023, Monika enrolled at Utrecht University to obtain a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology.

Also in 2021, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Sleep Medicine at the University of Oxford.

During the same year, in 2021, Monika attended the Industry Perspectives on Innovative Medicine (IPIM) - Summer school at the University of Groningen, focusing on Business/Commerce, General.
