Tia N.

Tia N.'s work experience includes a position as the Head of Corporate Planning at Invaio starting in February 2023, a role as Chief Of Staff at Invaio from April 2021 to February 2023, and a position as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Invaio from October 2019 to April 2021. Tia also worked as an Operations Director at Sword & Spoon Group from February 2017 to September 2019. Prior to that, Tia served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Mentor, and Personal Trainer at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning from September 2014 to September 2019. Tia began their professional career as a Midfielder/Forward for the U.P.C. Tavagnacco Calcio Feminile Serie A, a professional women's soccer team in Italy, from August 2012 to August 2013.

Tia N. attended Longwood University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. In addition to their degree, Tia also holds several certifications including Certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine (obtained in 2011), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (obtained in 2014), and FMS certification from Functional Movement Systems (obtained in 2016).
