Daniel Polo Puche has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Daniel started their career in 2012 as a Webstore Support Specialist at Intcomex. In 2013, they transitioned to become a Cisco English Caribbean Account Manager at Intcomex, where they worked with Cisco Partners on networking, collaboration, security, and wireless projects. In 2017, Daniel joined Telintel as a Go4Clients - Customer Success Manager, assisting new users and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Daniel then moved to Infobip in 2021 as a Customer Success Executive, where they contributed to customer success until 2023. Most recently, Daniel joined Invarosoft in 2023 as a Customer Success Executive. Overall, they have gained experience in customer success, account management, and technical project review throughout their career.

Daniel Polo Puche is currently pursuing a degree in Publicidad y Mercadeo at the Fundación Universitaria Compensar. Daniel started their education at the university in 2019 and is expected to complete their studies in 2024.

Additionally, they obtained the Email Marketing: Crea tu primera campaña certification from Crehana in March 2021 and the Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy in March 2021.

Finally, in March 2021, Daniel obtained the Certificado de Proficiência em Língua Portuguesa para Estrangeiros (Celpe-Bras) em Nível Avançado from the Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira - INEP.
