Kiran Kumar is currently working as a Physical Design Engineer at INVECAS since April 2022. Before that, they were an Engineer Trainee at INVECAS from August 2021 to April 2022. Kiran Kumar also has previous work experience as a Trainee at VEDA IIT from February 2021 to August 2021.

Kiran Kumar completed their diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, with a duration from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute Of Technology, which they achieved between 2017 and 2020.
