Shannon Dahl

Shannon Dahl is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Carve Bio, a consulting firm specializing in fractional executive roles and strategic consulting for biotech companies focusing on immunology and cell & gene therapy. Shannon serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Chair of the Board at Invectys, a clinical-stage CAR-T company, and holds the position of Chief Scientific Officer at Iolyx Therapeutics, overseeing initiatives at the intersection of autoimmunity and ophthalmology. Additional roles include Expert-in-Residence at Digitalis Commons, Strategic Advisor to the CEOs of Radar Therapeutics and Laguna Bio, and member of the Strategic Advisory Board for Strand Therapeutics. Shannon has been involved in developing liver regeneration therapies at HepaTx Corporation and has advised Epic Bio on strategic partnerships following a significant funding round. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from MIT and a Ph.D. from Duke University, supplemented by a corporate governance program from The George Washington University.
