Aidan O'Connor

Aidan O'Connor is a seasoned professional in renewable energy development with a robust background in project management and research. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Renewable Development at Invenergy since September 2018, Aidan has advanced through multiple roles within the company, showcasing expertise in the renewable sector. Prior to Invenergy, Aidan co-founded Open Door Energy, an innovative online platform aimed at facilitating energy efficiency upgrades for residential property owners. Educationally, Aidan holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Earth & Environmental Science and Energy Systems from the University of Michigan, supplemented by a minor in Business Administration focused on Management and Operations. Additional experience includes positions as a Safety Equipment Specialist at the University of Michigan, Assistant Researcher at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and various roles at the City of Dearborn and Johnson Controls, solidifying a diverse skill set in engineering and sustainability.
