Lauren King

Lauren King is an experienced attorney specializing in renewable energy, real estate, and transactional law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Invenergy since August 2022, Lauren assists developers and finance teams with mergers and acquisitions and the monetization of renewable assets. Prior experience includes roles as Energy + Real Estate Attorney at McCarn & Weir, P.C., and Director of A&D Energy Transactions at Cinco Energy Management Group, LLC, where substantial work was completed on acquisition and divestiture projects exceeding $25 billion. Earlier positions involved real estate law in various capacities, including VP & General Counsel at Group I, Inc., and Real Estate Attorney roles at Law Offices and Di Vigneto Development LLC. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Chico.
