Rick Szromba

Rick Szromba is an experienced leader in quality assurance and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Invenergy LLC since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Amazon, where Rick managed day-to-day operations of a distribution facility, and as Director of Operational Excellence at TTX Company, where Rick implemented Lean Thinking across a network of over 80 locations. Rick's career also includes significant roles in operational performance and business excellence at Elkay Manufacturing, as well as early positions in production management and engineering at Cardwell Westinghouse. Rick holds a Master of Science in Industrial Technology and both a Bachelor of Science and Associate of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University Northwest.
