Rudy Coffman

Rudy Coffman has extensive work experience in quality management and continuous improvement. Rudy is currently serving as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at TERMA Group since August 2021. Prior to that, they had notable roles such as Site Quality Leader at Woodward, Inc. from December 2020 to August 2021, and Director of Quality at Avibank Mfg Inc from November 2019 to December 2020. Rudy also held executive positions, including Executive Director of Quality at Parker Aerospace from December 2018 to August 2019 and Director of Quality at PCC AEROSTRUCTURES from September 2016 to December 2018. Before transitioning to the private sector, Rudy served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant from 1978 to 1985. Rudy'searly career included a role as a Test Cell Technician at Woodward, Inc. from 1985 to 1987.
