Alaa Alshaer

Alaa Alshaer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT support and consulting. Currently serving as the Lead Consultant for IT Helpdesk at invenioLSI since September 2022, Alaa has held various leadership roles including Information Technology Support Team Lead and IT Helpdesk Services Team Lead at ITQAN Al Khaleej Computers from April 2018 to August 2022. Previous positions include Quality Control at Ipsos and an IT Engineer at Ajman Municipality. Alaa began a career in IT with a role as a Registration Officer at Ajman University in 2015. Alaa holds a B.Sc in Computer Engineering from Ajman University and an ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification from Axelos.
