Burcu Barin

Burcu Barin currently serves as the Director of Store Planning at English Home since November 2022. Prior to this role, Burcu worked at Mavi from January 2010 to November 2022, holding various positions including Director of Allocation Planning and Allocation Planning Manager, overseeing allocation processes for 350 retail stores across Turkey and Russia. Additional experience includes a role as a Senior Merchandise Planning Associate, responsible for mens knitwear and jersey categories, and earlier as a Merchandise Planner at Tema Magazacilik A.S, focusing on womens jersey. Burcu's career began at ABALIOĞLU HOLDİNG as a Sales Representative and Quality Assurance Manager. Burcu holds a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University, a Master’s degree in Production Management and Marketing from Pamukkale University, and an MBA from Koç University.
