Luana Cristina Teixeira has held multiple administrative roles since 2011. Luana began their career at H.Stern as an Auxiliary Administrator in 2011. In 2014, they moved to Mecaltec Industria e Comércio Ltda - EPP, where they held the role of Auxiliary of Office with responsibilities in Fiscal, Finance, and Purchasing. In 2018, they joined Canon Brasil as an Administrative Auxiliary, where they handled personal, email, and telephone attention. In 2020, they joined Santa Prata as an Administrative Auxiliary, where they analyzed 300 customers per day and attended SAC customers via online chat (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram). Luana currently holds two roles, as a Customer Support Analyst at Inventa and as a Customer Success - E-commerce at Use Orgânico. At Use Orgânico, they are responsible for the customer service area, maintenance and tracking of marketplace platforms, entering purchase invoices via ERP, customer registration, order separation, and delivery tracking. Luana also helps with the HR department with calculating transportation vouchers and requesting recharge on the website, and reconciling Google Ads with the order spreadsheet for commission payment.

Luana Cristina Teixeira is currently studying Marketing at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, which they began in 2020. Luana has also obtained certifications from CS Academy, Gama Academy, and How Bootcamps in 2022, 2021, and 2021, respectively.
